Taharka Gibb

Taharka is a portfolio manager at the LEAP | Pecaut Centre for Social Impact, a venture philanthropy firm founded by the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). His work focuses on growing and scaling social enterprises that improve the overall health of Canadians. Prior to joining LEAP Taharka worked in Canada and the US as an operations consulting manager at PwC. During his time at PwC Taharka gained exposure to 13 different sectors, completing growth, cost reduction and operating model strategies for his various clients. Throughout this consulting work Taharka maintained a strong passion for social impact and dedicated much of his time to coaching students on how to solve social challenges--an endeavour that he continues to do today!
