Dianne is an Urban Planner and Project Manager for the growing planning firm, NPG Planning Solutions Inc (NPG). Prior to joining NPG, Dianne graduated from Western University's Urban Development Program, as top graduate of the 2017 class.
Dianne helps developers through the planning approvals process, managing projects from the initial conceptual stages to final approvals from Council or the Local Appeal Tribunal (LPAT). Dianne has been with NPG for 4 years, working on various projects, consisting of residential, commercial, mixed use and agricultural projects. She has built great relationships with the various sub-consultants involved in preparing all reports, and studies required for municipal and regional review with these applications. Dianne presents land development projects to municipal Council with clarity and is always prepared to answer any detailed questions Council may have.
